Bouan Appetit is Jerriais (Jersey traditional language) for Bon Appetit. I lived for five years on the beautiful island of Jersey in the Channel Islands and was lucky to experience great produce and fabulous recipes!  Now living in a rural spot in Hampshire, I hope to carry on sharing my recipes and food experiences as a keen home cook.
