Bouan Appetit is Jerriais (Jersey traditional language) for Bon Appetit. Living on the beautiful island of Jersey in the Channel Islands I am lucky enough to be close to some fantastic produce.
As a keen home cook I will be sharing ideas and favourite recipes and as a regular visitor to restaurants I will share some of the more memorable with you all.
